The Ramification Of Taking Action: Acting on Your Dreams

Taking Action: How to Get What You Want in Life

The fact is that you are never going to please everybody all the time. Anyone who ever dares to take action is going to ‘cop flak’ at one point or other.

The Ramification Of Taking Action: Acting on Your Dreams

Does that mean we avoid action?

Does that mean we all hide in a hole and never tempt fate and the criticism for our actions?

NO!

But don’t fall into the trap of walking in the path of ‘do nothings’. ‘Do nothings’ will never attract any attention in the long-term.

It’s the ‘do somethings’ that will always be used as target practice. Ask any politician.

‘DO NOTHINGS’ HAVE NO EFFECT ON THEIR WORLD WHATSOEVER

  1. ‘Do nothings’ are usually the loudest whingers and whiners. Have you met any lately? Well if you choose to do something, you are going to bump into a bunch of these type of people along the road. They will be a minority, but they will always be loud.
  2. ‘Do nothings’ always have the best advice to give and make sure that they are heard.
  3. ‘Do nothings’ expect everybody else to do what they think is a good idea and then expect to reap the rewards from everybody else’s efforts.

DON’T BE A ‘DO NOTHING’!

‘DO SOMETHINGS’ MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE TO THE LIVES OF OTHERS

  1. ‘Do somethings’ take action while others are thinking about it.
  2. ‘Do somethings’ make mistakes, but at the same time they make them, they learn from them.
  3. ‘Do somethings’ change the world through their actions.

I am proud of those who receive my Motivational Memos because I know that the vast majority of my subscribers are do somethings. Whatever you do, don’t be a ‘do nothing’. Always be proactive and do something.

CHOOSE ALWAYS TO BE A ‘DO SOMETHING’

Your action will have ramifications. But let me assure you that the positive ramifications will vastly outweigh any negative ramifications that result from your choice to act.

Motivational Quote: ‘Do somethings’ are not moved by the criticism of ‘do nothings’.
