Initiate the conversation. Initiate the question. Initiate the handshake. Initiate the action. Allow initiative, and the power of it, to drive you forward.

Be enterprising in this life, ever ready to embark on bold new ventures. Take a fresh approach to a problem that has been stalling you. Learn to look at your life through ‘initiative’ eyes.

Remember that the best form of defense at times is attack, by taking the initiative. So don’t be the one waiting to be asked. Be the one asking the questions – by initiating and by taking positive action.
